Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not satisfied with the product and services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We are also providing the facility of cancelling your order. Please read all the points carefully to check your eligibility for refund or cancel your order. Our Refund and Cancellation policy will be as follow:

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you and Visualmitra LLP (both terms defined below). The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking on the I accept tab or by use of the website or by other means) and will govern the relationship between you and Visualmitra LLP for your use of the website “Website” (defined below).

Refund Policy :

The products which are damaged or short quantity received during the receipt are only eligible for the refund or replacement.

Refund policy is applicable to products which order value is above Rs. 1000.

Information of the damaged product needs to be communicated to our customer care within 7 days of receipt of material. If communication will not have done within the given time frame, then “NO REFUND” will be allowed

For calming the refund, material should be sent back to our head office .which is located at Mumbai along with the proof of unboxing video and damaged product images to be emailed to customercare@visualmitra.com for further investigation within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase except for COD(Cash On Delivery). For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For COD payment, customer care shall contact on refund request.

During the investigation if we found that material is not damaged and false claims has been made then “NO REFUND” will be allowed.

Cancellation Policy :

For cancelling your order, please contact our support team between 10 am to 6 pm (Except Sunday & Public Holidays).

If the order has been cancelled within 3 hrs. of placing the order then full order amount will be refunded.

If the order is cancelled after 3 hrs of placing it and before time of dispatch, then only 10% of the order value will be returned to customers; provided the order value is above Rs. 1000.

No cancellation of order and denial of payment(For COD order) is allowed after material delivery.
